Orangutan Photos

Hi

Does anyone know where on-line I might be able to download free (no copyright, etc) photos of orangutans at least 420 * 420 pixels & no more than 10MB in size? I need them for a project I am doing & I don't have any zoos/ safari parks near me to photograph any. All the free ones I have found so far are either too small or too large. Any help would be appreciated

Bearing in mind im a bit of a pleb where 'puters are concerned so I could be wrong, but could you not jig about with any pictures you want in Paint?

Most of the pics on MASS1961s link are bigger than 420 x 420 pxls and none are anywhere near 10MB. To make the pics smaller is easy.

The easiest would be to download the free Irfanview http://www.irfanview.com/ and resize the pictures you want.

There are two way to resize an image. The easy common one is to simply reduce the pixel numbers in the Y and X plane, this also reduces the data size.

Another way is to keep the pixel no. and reduce/increase the physical size via cm/inch, this reduces the sharpness according to the reset size.

Have a go, it is easy when you've done it once.
