S'now Joke

Had a text at 5.58 from my line manager, he's snowed in and can't get into work today, it's not brilliant here, white over again outside and still coming down, but he's asked me to go in for 10 instead of 12, me thinks I'll be closing early tonight at 6 instead of 8 as I'm not risking being stuck somewhere. Apparently the M6 is bad , no gritting south bound from Standish, was this lot not expected or something because I read the reports online and it clearly gave a red warning, maybe the local councils just look up at the sky every hour or so.

She arrived 2 mins late and got told off!! But is now expected to now work twice as hard as we are short staffed. That takes the biscuit. Hope everyone is taking care
