I had to laugh at this DM readers comment, "Little Richard's not happy either".

I say this for the Daily Mail it gives you that little bit extra, but if the DM isn't your 'cup of tea' the Guardian also reported on it.

Can see why he might not see the joke. But the $500M lawsuit is just trying it on. Although in the US he may even get it.

I like that fact that you're cross checking your DM stories with the Guardian of late AOG - seriously.

It says in the Guardian story that he trademarked the name in 1997, which means he's obviously got a case.

I think the ridiculous sum of damages asked for is more about his lawyers going for as big a cut as they can get rather than him personally demanding that amount though.

I suppose they could try tweaking it but no amount of knob twisting's going to make him drop the case.
