should my 1 1/2 year old boston terrier be interested & able to breed my females?  if so, any clue as to why he's not?

Not sure if above answer is tongue in cheek, but it could well be true.  If put with a female in heat for a while, his interest should be aroused... If not, he is probably gay.  My first horse was too- had to use A.I. to breed from him!
