Rust???? On My New Pear Tree

Recently we bought two fruit trees from B&Q, they are in pots on patio. The apple tree is fine but pretty much straight away the pear developed a reddish brown marking on underside of leaves. I can only find that it may be rust? & only way to cute is to pick effected leaves off. Have been doing this & it seems to be slightly better but poor thing looks rather bare compared to the little apple tree......any advice folks!

Take it back for a refund.

I'm with Maydup...Take it back. Rust is really hard to eradicate.
