Ornamental Small Garden Ponds
8 Answers
We have dismantled our large garden pond and have now installed a small kidney shape pond just for frogs and toads. Pheew hard.
A few frogs have returned and seem happy poking their noses up out of the water. Its about 4' x 2' Fibreglass.
We are feeding small tadpoles on lettuce, and fish flakes. Anything else?
The shallowest is 5" plus 12 deph.
What would you use for access for frogs to get out of pond?
Dont suppose they could climb a ladder lol.
Any one got a smallish pond with any good advice. Cheers x

One large rock, but will sort out another, and will now also build up some small stones around the shallow parts.
Would you feed tapoles with the yolk of hard boiled eggs, like you do fish? lol.
