Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the black spots which are all over my climbing roses please. The roses are too high for me to reach.

Any garden centre should be able to sell you a pressure sprayer (with a long lance, to reach up high). Suitable fungicides are mentioned on the RHS website: http://apps.rhs.org.uk/advicesearch/Profile.aspx?PID=270

Thank you very much buenchico. Very interesting article, I'll be off to the garden centre tomorrow.
In my experience Black Spot returns every year. Never cured it yet. There is a lot of info on the Net regarding starting treatment early in the year by clearing the area and stuff, removing debris so the mould doesn't return to the soil, oh lots of advice, including not planting roses where the problem is, and going for spot resistant varieties. IMO when you have it, then you have it.
Water roses in the morning and water low to the ground. Avoid wetting the leaves they don't like to be wet over night. That's when black spot and powdery mildew forms. If you are spraying you should also spray thr ground.
Grate a tomato and add 2-3 drops of lime to it. Apply this mixture on the face and keep it for 15 minutes. Repeat this two times a day for better results.
