Hi everyone,
Have just come across a product called soft paws - its to prevent your pets scratching things.
Don't have a cat, but interested in whether this is a good product or not? The reviews are very mixed - seems to give the impression that if you follow the instruction and advice given they work fine though....
But cant help but wonder what happens when they retract their claws? or if it makes it difficult to walk on wooden floors?
Anyone with experience with this product please share! Good or bad :)

Why on earth would you use nail caps?

Cats need their claws for climbing and dogs, as long as their claws are regularly clipped they shouldn't be a problem.
Or maybe you're trying to sell us something ;0)

If you actually read my question im not interested in buying them. I have just come across the product and was wondering if anyone has had experience in using them or thoughts on the product - as I was under the impression this is what AB is for. How stupid of me to think I would get any helpful comments. My thoughts were that they would be useful in such situations as cats that scratch themselves too much due to skin irritations. Im well aware of what claws are for. But thanks for your comment anyway - reminded my why I dont post on here
Wrong side of bed this morning?

Not at all - but what can I say, being patronised irritates me.
I think they (cat) would find a way of removing them somehow.
If people cannot accept an animal's natural instincts/behaviour then they should not have them.
