I've just ordered a sympathy card and some flowers to go to an address which I edited just before checking both items out and the card is going to the un-edited address and the flowers to the edited address! How did that happen??!! Arrgghh I hope they will change it if I call them first thing.

The card is being sent out tomorrow and the flowers on Thursday. Funeral is Friday - its Little Tiggs' paternal grandpa. I had to remove grandpa's name from the address :o(

Aaaargh...firstly i'm sorry for you loss, secondly they do seem to be quick off the mark when they dispatch the cards. Thankfully you have only just ordered it so if you're sharpish i'm sure you'll catch them if you call first thing, just to be sure.

Anyhow, if it can't be rectified don't worry too much, my Nannie always sent cards to me as Mrs...and then my husbands name and obviously surname so it might go unnoticed in the circumstances.

should change it if you're quick tigger, it's WHSmith and they are quite efficient.

I rang them as soon as their lines were open this morning and they sorted it out for me. The lady I spoke with said that I wasn't the first this had happened to and I wouldn't be the last :o/
