There was video camera footage on the rolling news channel last night. Just like along the Severn, people obviously come to the river to watch.

I'm not going to call them idiots because, in their place, I'd be doing the same thing.

In Italy, 3 scientists were prosecuted (possibly jailed) for failing to predict that earthquake, last year. I can't imagine what the Chinese will do to whoever failed to put out public safety warnings for this thing.
