Well I am not sure how I am going to get this across without sounding like a complete bitch but here goes. In our local town ( I think they are everywhere) are a group of young people who congregate together, having a smoke, whatever they do. Well my boyfriends' daughter is among one of these people who are known as the local chavs.
Now she has bought two of them home with her...and I have to put up with these yukky kids ...and I am not happy. I tend to go out when they come over but tonight havve been caught unawares.
Do you get my drift or am I a complete cow ?

You should speak as you find and why should you be happy if they are not to your liking. Perhaps have a word with your partner and see what he says, see how the land lies there.

It doesn't bother him at all .
I challenge you to find something in common with them!

Maybe chocolate would break down the barriers, or you watching their choice of DVD. How about it?!

No, I don't blame you, but do remember who the grown up is here and don't be forced out of the house.
State the rules and accept only that which is acceptable to you if it's your house, as maydup says, don't be driven out by children.
All I can say, Flump...is be in charge. They may not be as bad as you think. I can remember...just...being in a group who wandered about in the town centre...and yes...having a ciggie.....or riding each others motor bikes. Most of our parents would have been horrified but we weren't so bad.
Be yourself in your own home.....maybe welcome her friends...but on your terms with your rules...x

What comes out of all the kids mouths would shock anybody i think , and they have the most disgusting habits. One of them posted on FB recently and I quote " I may seem to be a ***, but I am not " now I ask you ? I really don't like them even a teeny bit I am afraid.
Rock and a hard place, Flump....How do you and she get on alone?
Question Author
We are civil between us when we are alone Gness, she knows how much I hate bad language. Her own mother won't have nothing to do with her, I cope fine when she is on her own but really you ought to see these kids that come with her...and the mess...well.
