Straw In Rabbit Hutch

Why has my rabbit (female, 11 months old and not yet neutered) started pulling most of her straw out from the bedding area and into her main area covering everything? She is either out free in the garden or in her run all day so has plenty of exercise. Many thanks for any thoughts
