They aren't allowed, it is against the law. Sadly when it happens it is later on that it gets reported to the Company and then....well the article does not stae any specific case of action.

Always take all details there and then and report asap.

Yes it is illegal, if someone gets a job they have to abide by the rules like everyone else. If its against your "religion" to drink alcohol then don't apply for a job in Threshers.

Heres another similar example, where I work in one part of the factory you are obliged to wear an hard hat ( Health and safety ) there are a couple of sikhs that work in that area who are exempt from that rule.

Not a very well researched story, and it is 4 years old.

It is against the law to not allow guide dogs on public teansport. The driver and company can be prosecuted. The blind person should complain properly and get culprits fined. Whinging on a forum months later helps no one.

Taxi drivers use their own vehicles and can decide which passengers they don't want to pick up. Anyone, not just a blind person should inform the company when they make a booking that they want to trave with their dog, and a non muslim driver will be dispatched. Failure to mention a dog and subsequent refusal of a taxi ride are easily avoidable, and anyone not mentionng adog has only themselves to blame.

If the person with the dog has time to spare it might be worthwhile giving a simple 'no' to the driver and wait for the forces of law and order to come and sort it out.
It would be interesting to see whether the law of the land regarding the disabled trumps the hysteria of a follower of the religion of peace.
I could see the outcome being a taxi paid for by the police for the blind person and the dog and an apology to the crazy person driving the bus for any offence caused. Out of earshot of normal folk, of course.

of course it could be right-wing mischief making; but could equally be a rather clumsy request from the majority area community. but if that's what they want, why not?

If I was told,in my own country by a bunch of immigrants,that I couldn't walk my dog on religious grounds I be tempted to organise a few mass dog walks and see what they had to say about that.
