Good Morning Early Birds!

Sunday. It's looking a bit better today. We missed the rain on the charter yesterday, a bit while we were doing the checks on the boat but that was it.

Foxy and tiggy both doing well. Foxy doesn't mind me watching him now, he's turning into a fine looking lad.

The wildlife were all out and about, mainly heading for home. We don't seem to have any rabbits around here, it's probably too rocky for them. it was a stone quarry in days of old. Also you don't often find rabbits, foxes and badgers in the same area. Foxes and badgers are both partial to rabbit. It would be a very silly fox that took on a badger, so they co-exist happily.

The dawn chorus was making up for yesterday, the blackbirds particularly were in fine voice.

I must be away at 8. I have to pick my mate up in Thornbury for a day in the Heritage Centre.

good morning boaty, NM & slappy unusual for me to be up this early but I got a wake up call from a young couple having and argument right outside my bedroom window, obviously been out all night.
Looks like rain is coming"to an area near you" soon yes here its very overcast.
Going our for lunch today my pal Mags is treating me as a belated birthday present, nothing fancy just going to check out a small café near to home that has been recommended, take your on booze.
Enjoy your day everyone, boaty are you sure this is the correct Sunday to collect your friend ? LOL.

morning janbee how are you ? tried to reply straight away but C/B would not let me type, had to reboot then was "told" you are not connected so had to go that process as well, going to be one of those days, last night I invited a couple over to dinner anytime after 7pm they eventually showed up at 9.10pm I was not amused as we eventually ate just before 10pm, sorry but to me it was bad manners.
