Things You Love/hate About Summer.

I love lower gas bills and being able to dry the washing outside. There must be more but that's all I can think of.

I hate wasps, flies, lawn mowers, noisy kids, motor bikes, my kitchen at 40º in the afternoon sun. Neighbours who leave their dogs in the garden to bark all day and bonfires. What do you love/hate.

Hate: Hayfever, wasps, sweating.

Loke: Scantily clad females in short skirts and strappy tops!

Love;

Being able to go outside without many layers of clothing and a pair of boots.
Being able to walk slowly (my health means I can't walk fast or far) and not be shivering.
Washing dried outside.
Flowers blooming and garden full of butterflies and bees.

Hate;
Flies.
Neighbours playing music with windows open.
Neighbours having smokey BBQ/bonfire when my laundry is on the line.
People mowing lawns early on Sunday morning.
Kids screaming outside, I don't mind them playing, just stop fricking screaming would ya!

Hate ..grass grows so fast...weeds too...noisy kids...smoking BBQ`s...noisy garden parties...grockels...

Mostly I love the light, my body craves it - the big big blue sky, the lush growth all around. Children running barefoot on the grass then a picnic under a parasol.

I like many don't like the humidity and I feel for those having to work hard in it.

Love - kids home from school, lazy days, going on holidays
Hate - shopping for school uniform (don't get me started on shoes), thinking of cheap things to do, people moaning that they've got their kids to look after

I love light summer evenings. Looking better with bit of a tan. Eating outside. Wearing sandals and summer clothes in general.
Don't like buses that have heaters on. Inside car gets too hot, but roof down can be even worse.

I hate bonfires....but I have a long hose....
I hate humidity that makes me lethargic....

Love the light, calm evenings.....love seeing the froglets.....quite happy with wasps, we need them.....love seeing my garden evolve....

I miss having little children for the long summer holiday....x

Oh hot cars ,yes! - I am on a 5 hour car journey on Saturday but thankfully my daughter bought a new car this week and I have tested and approved the quality of the Air Con.

I had 4 wasps in today in mics room, mic has a bad chest so fly killer is a no no. Trying to swat them out took me ages.

Living right on the Seafront I am privileged to see the Piles turn up, and on a nice day divest (should the be devest) themselves of most items of clothing, some of the 'ladies' are quite nice, it must be said!

Love the sun, long light evenings, the garden in full bloom, strawberries and cream, not being cold all the time, summer holidays, summer clothes, in fact there's nothing I hate about summer.
