Diploma In Animal Care Or Behaviour

No real necessity but I have a volunteer job with dogs, cats, (especially puppies) and would love to study a diploma online or something in behaviour or psychology which might be fun, interesting and help with my job too. There are so many and some are quite expensive and I'm a bit concerned at accreditation and which to go for.
Anyone got one or know of the type of thing to look for?
