Good Morning Early Birds!

Sunday. My last full day in Cornwall. Yesterday we went to Polruan. A lovely wee fishing village clinging precariously to the hillside. We stood on the quayside watching small boats fussing about, the tide was out so no big boats moving. some young girls were having a lovely time messing about in the water with some body boards, squeals of laughter came up to us. It was fun watching them. We met up with a friend of dubidu's and her lovely family for a cuppa and a natter...not that I got too many words in, with four females I didn't get much of a chance! :o}

dubidu has a meeting at lunchtime, so I shall have some time to myself. Some quality control methinks.

I'm fine thanks. (Having just read through your most recent threads, I take it that I can assume that the same applies to you!)

I'm finishing one of my late-night stints, so I'll be off to bed soon and I'll therefore miss most of the sunshine that's forecast. However I'm confident that I'll still be able to force myself to join the guys in the pub tonight ;-)

Yes, I'm fine thanks. It's been a lovely week here. Sis is spoiling me rotten. :o} It looks like a fine sunny day today, but if you're finishing a late stint, then bed will be more attractive. The later shift at the bar will, I'm sure, more than make up for it. :o}

I've given up trying to stop one of my cats sleeping on my laptop's keyboard ('cos it's so nice and warm), so I reckon it's time for bed now.

It's a very steep hill and the road is narrow to get into Polruan. But it's worth it.
