I agree, but with the Syrian government bombing their own people and razing whole cites to the ground to fight the insurgents it will be a while yet before it is feasible.

I didn't see the C4 news but are you sure it wasn't talking about the Iraqi army bombing IS. That would be more up to date. Or perhaps they're expecting a lot of civilian casualties in Falluja, so they're diverting attention.

The Dalai Lama is right. There are too many migrants pouring into Europe. In its present situation there's no hope of rebuilding Syria, but that's no reason that people from other countries can't be repatriated.
