One pepper plant is covered in whitefly after just a week in the growbag in greenhouse. I sprayed with bayer organic bug gone last night but I'm scared they'll spread to tomatoes & cucumber so I've whipped it out & dunked it in water with washing up liquid. Its sitting outside on the naughty step now...does it need to be sacrificed? To control the whitefly, it seems I need to hang sticky strips which is fine but do I really need to order wasp larvae??!! I have a healthy fig tree adjacent to the greenhouse (they need wasps to fruit...right?) & loads of old wasp nests in the eaves so we do have wasps about but not an annoying amount & they dont go into greenhouse ....i suppose they must be the wrong sort of wasp? has anyone bought the biological control wasp larvae on line? Greenhouse is next to our patio so I don't want to create a situation where we can't eat outside because of the wasps lol, help please.

The tape will help potiche plus washing down with neem oil is a way to get rid of heavy infestations. You need ladybirds in there or lacewing larvae. You have done nothing "wrong" as such but you have a problem all the same, good luck.

Thnx Togo.... lacewings sound a goer. Do they have any nasty habits? I remember we had to leave a small beach in N Somerset because of nipping ladybirds!
Oohh don't know there potiche. Keep your eyes on your link. When alva sees it and chipchop, and others you may get some tips. They are pretty keen gardeners themselves, and alva has poly tunnels set up so may have had similar problems.
African marigolds in a pot inside greenhouse always works for us. Whitefly hate them
If its just one pepper plant, I would trash it rather than lose everything. For whitefly you need encarsia which aren’t the normal kind of wasp.

I bought some lovely pepper plants last year and as the grew greenfly hatched all over them, I almost lost all my houseplants because I tried to save them, never ever again.

Sons reply when I said....Apparently whitefly don't like marigolds..... he said.....what? the gloves? Dooooh
Thnx all, we've ordered ladybirds & I have marigolds that self seeded after I companion planted them with the kale.... off to pot some for the greenhouse.
Also try putting a Basil plant in a pot near your Tomatoes, very effective at scaring away whitefly, red spider and other aphids, and no before you ask as a friend did... they don't get up and shoo them away !!
