Good morning everyone - oh dear, another dreary Monday here, though at least the gale force winds have gone....lots of damage to orchards and market gardens over the weekend .. fruit and veg will be pricey for a while !!

Nothing dreary about the points though -

Pony Tail
Earth Ling
Public Enemy

And the STAR TURNS came from ARKSIDED & MODESTE who both collected 6 points for their three correct matches, and the BRIGHT SPARK award of 2 BONUS POINTS went to HANDBAGLADY ....the only only to connect Earth and Ling ......nice going, folks

Also very pleasing to report that the FFC rooms are almost completely empty ...in fact only the two stalwarts, who make 'not scoring' and art form, remain in residence and STRIX ....I don't think we needed the history of your last match....too much information !!!

OK week 3 is on the horizon, as we scamper towards the end of another month, hopefully a bucket load of points coming up when we next get together ....

It IS a fascinating book (still available on Amazon) about the history of the disease. It was in my doctor stepfather's library and I read it about 50 years ago!
