Try boiling water and soap powder (non bio I believe) just cheapie one will do. The same with the litter trays - what are you using to clean them? bleach and other cleaners contain ammonia which whilst will encourage her to pee out of the litter tray could put her off peeing in the correct place.
Try the soap powder in the trays too.
Make sure the trays are not too near their food as cats are very fussy.

Our elderly male neutered cat present in off places when he is emotionally stressed by change.
Suitcases out, open bags, youngsters packing for university etc.
We can no longer go away and get a neighbour to feed him, as we know what will happen.
I suspect your little girl is showing her emotional stress in the same way.
Cats are normally solitary animals, so perhaps she is unhappy being kept indoors with other cats.
