Modern farming techniques? Urban development? No. It's the domestic cat. They kill small wildlife just for the pleasure of it. My MP, Liz McInnes, posted on FB yesterday that we should all donate to the Cats Protection League. What an idiot. She should be concentrating on more important issues. Cats serve no purpose whatsoever.

Thanks for all the replies. I haven't changed my mind. I said that cats are the biggest threat to small wildlife in this country, not ALL wildlife. As mentioned earlier, a bell around a cats' collar will reduce the threat.

I have no time for dogs either. Retrocop has mentioned how they are used and that's ok with me, but as I said before, dogs have killed babies in the recent past.

Just in case you hadn't guessed, I'm not a pet lover.

Ageist though. I love all animals including most humans, not keen on politicians and dentists but that's personal preference.
