You can either, help it out by making its ending as painless as possible by squishing it with kitchen roll OR you can pop it on a spoon with some sugar water (or honey) then put it outside and let nature take its course
I hand a bee in here. I opened the windows and thought it had made it's way out. Next day it was on the kitchen floor. I just put some sugar water down. When I went back in it was gone. I'm allergic to bees otherwise I would have stayed with it.
The sugar water has a high osmotic pressure compared to the body fluids of the dying wasp. You are torturing it, dehydrating it and killing it. Well done.
I have never wronged an onion but they always make me cry. Nothing more humane than the sole of a shoe to a dying creature. I wouldn't report on answerbank that I was watching my pet Labrador writhe in agony in it's death throes.
