Best Dog Poo Bags

Has anyone got any recommendations please? Big enough to not come into contact with fingers. Thick enough for the same reason.

I use Tesco own brand and they’ve always been OK. No mishaps as it were.

When I briefly had a huge greyhound that did correspondingly huge poohs, I used Earth Rated...heavy, big and thick

237sj, choose carefully if you want genuinely usefully biodegradeable. The earth rated bags are not. They break down into smaller pieces of plastic but it stays plastic. Additionally such material is not storeable. Unless you are going to bury the used bags yourself (and dog poo does not compost or rot down easily) then it won't be treated as compostable material by your local council. If the council uses landfill sites then it may help a miniscule amount but if they are going to be close system burned anyway then you may be spending money to no advantage.
^ No I don't :) I chucked a dead pigeon that I found in the garden in a plastic bag and put it into a local litter bin because we had missed bin collection day. I missed the fact that the litter bin was right by the local bus stop. Next time I went for the bus, there were an awful lot of flies around..
