My wife and I had our first jabs on 30th January. Earlier this week we both had a text from our GP's surgery to click on a link and make an appointment for our 2nd jab. I had mine on Wednesday and my wife had an appointment for yesterday. She turned up on time, checked in and was directed to a cubicle. A lady arrived and asked to see the card my wife was given after her first jab - "oh no" said the lady, "we are doing Pfizer vaccines here today so you must re-book to have the AZ vaccine". Turns out that "somebody" in the vaccination hub entered her details totally incorrectly as having had a Pfizer jab, which in turn was sent to our GP's surgery. When she phoned the surgery they said she had had the Pfizer jab. It wasn't until she spoke to somebody else at the surgery who agreed that she had had the AZ vaccine so she now has to go back to the hub next Thursday in the hope that they can fit her in for the correct jab !! Please take care when you go for your 2nd jab that they have the corrcet details - mistakes can happen. Sorry to be so long winded - phew !!

With the millions they are doing there are bound to be s few hiccups. Obviously they are wanting people to have to same product for their 2 jabs but it seems that it's no big deal if you do get different ones.
I couldn't help but have a little snigger at your spelling of "correct" at the end of your post; a post which was suggesting that we make sure our correct details are recorded.
