Daft Pet Hates!
73 Answers
It’s silly I know, but my pet hate is when I’m in a supermarket with a basket with 5 or 6 items in,and I joint the queue with just one person in front of me and they have a trolley with at least 2 weeks worth of shopping in! And they turn round and look at me, then instead of saying oh you go ahead, you’ve only got a couple of things, they then turn back and carry on unloading their 200 plus items!! Grrrrrr......

On one occasion recently it backfired because there was a query on one of their items and it took three staff to go and sort it out by which time the queue in the next lane had gone through before me!

Seriously, Smow, how do you know that the person ahead of you in the queue hasn't just done that to the person ahead of him/her?

i can never use the self service section, i screw up everytime i have tried. not so much a pet hate, but its the person who waits to get on the bus before stumbling around in their bag, person before finding their card, before it used to be fumbling for money, now buses only take cards. I do pity some tourists though who don't necessarily know that they only take a card.
