International Travel Quarantine Enforcement

When they say quarantine for international travel do they send you to a hotel and monitor you? Or do they say go home and just isolate yourself? I'm not vaccinated btw. 14 day quarantine.

Depends which country you are travelling from/to

is it red or amber country your coming from. Am assuming your coming back here

If you've travelled to a Green List country, you don't need to quarantine.

If you've travelled from an Amber List country, you need to quarantine at home for 10 days.

If you've travelled from a Red List country, you need to book a quarantine hotel package (£2,285 for one person, £1,430 for an additional person) before commencing your journey home.

Those are the rule for entering England. They might be slightly different elsewhere in the UK. If you're travelling TO a country that requires you to isolate on arrival, each country will have its own rules.

If you have to quarantine at home be prepared to be contacted by phone at random times of the day - they are trying to catch you out!
