Kitten Nipping Fingers.

A small kitten nips playfully at my fingers. When she grows up I don't want her to think it's ok to pass the time chewing away at them. How to dissuade her from doing this?

She has an extra toe/claw on her right front paw but it doesn't stop her racing around.
