Looks lik a party piece he's been taught.
that one = trained
I don't know if he's been trained but I know of dogs who have tried this little trick.
My sister's dog does this, since she once did cut her paw. Every time we looked at her she would limp again, but unfortunately forgot which leg it was lol.
Yes, dogs do this all the time. There was a dog reported in the press some months back now who started limping along with his owner who was also limping. He was duly taken to the vet and there was absolutely nothing wrong with his leg. The vet decided that he was limping in sympathy with his owner ! I don't think the dog above has been trained.
Not just dogs looking for sympathy...

My dog follows my every movement. When i'm watching tv and shift my position slightly, he leaps down from the settee to follow me to wherever. Once he sees that i am not going anywhere, he 'pretends' that he's jumped down for a drink of water and a stretch. I'm sure he does it to 'save face' :-)
Dogs are wonderful, no doubt about it. Cats are ok too !
My cat is like that, Ken. She’ll sprint off in the direction she thinks I’m going to go, and then suddenly stops and has a nonchalant wash when she realises I haven’t moved anywhere.
