What Can Give My Cockerpoo To Stop Her Scratching

She’s go no fleas but suffers from ‘doggy’ eczema, I’ve tried a half of antihistamine tablet ( Piriton) but that hasn’t helped

You really need to get to the root cause of the problem. In the case of my friend's English Setter, it turned out to be a dust mite allergy that was behind her constant itching. The only solution was for my friend to rip up all the carpets in her flat and live from then on with an uncarpetted floor.
This link, from Animal Trust (which is a not-for-profit company), summarises the main causes of problems with itching in dogs. The last paragraph within the 'Treatments' section looks at different types of medications that can be used:

You say there is deffo no fleas cause she's just been groomed but iirc she was being groomed last time and they missed the fleas? We have to regularly change flea treatments here (perhaps we just breed super fleas down here!) Otherwise it just stops working. BTW Chris, my vet recommended Puriton from the chemist for our dog
