Bio-diversity has engendered evolution, simply visualised in the silhouetted figures depicting change from ape-like creatures on all fours to the erect Homo sapiens. These figures continue to change finally to apes. Have we seen the first steps in the many people bent forward gaping at their cell phones?

Should this be chatetbank or jokes?
neither it would seem Bobb

Interestingly even if you change the words round the paragraph doesn't make any sense.
Instead of just firing of whatever random question enters you head (I know, I know it is AB) try following something through to a conclusion.
with some form of response -
Apes with technology?
That's an interesting analogy.

You've obviously never been to Blackburn, Oz :-J

This is a bit like one of those pieces of experimental fiction where two stories are being told, with the words alternating between the two stories. For example; It the was cat a sat cold on and the windy mat night.
That's true Ken.
Should I visit?
Only out of curiosity, Oz. Bit like paying to see the loonies in Victorian times.
Burnley's just as good!

How disappointing to find such comments. I was hoping for an intelligent and lively exchange on the current stage in our evolution.
If bending forward to look at cell phones results in people who do it producing more children, and if a tendency to bend forward is inheritable, then natural selection might result in 'benders' becoming more widespread. However, simply being forced to bend is not the same as having a natural tendency to bend and so it's unlikely that bendy people will pass on their bendiness.
It's not an unreasonable question so how about folk treating it as such instead of the "jokey" comments?
I think you're right GL. I see it all the time with people on their mobile phones. Falling over, not noticing child has fallen off bike or no idea where their dog is in the park.
Love it! I can think of other reasons too. Could make this into one of those long threads perhaps
Mind you I'm nearly there - I have to go upstairs on all four now. But I hate bananas!
G, you tried. I’d expect you will just log off and find a more interesting site .
Isn't the next stage surely a man wearing a dress? It's totally normal and natural, surely?
