How are you with the implants - it is nearly 5 years now for me but I do continually have an ache in the mouth.

Have used everything.

have you asked your dentist (doesn't matter if he wasn't the one to do the implants) if he can see anything wrong? You shouldn't have continual aches.
Having just looked at several different websites about long term problems with dental implants, my guess (and that's all it can be, of course) is that you've got an infection at the site of the implant. Speak to your dentist about it.

thanks - it isn't an infection - just a general wee ache - when I clean teeth and mouthwash I do get a wee break. Jesus - no more dentist can't stand any more hands in my mouth.

Sorry Chris - did get 4 implants and did have a very black "whatever" lump at the top of a tooth. Was worried about that - doctor insisted a photo was taken - bless my neighbour - she stuck her phone in my mouth and took photo. Black lump was removed.
