My Fox
27 Answers
Tonight I managed to get a picture (through the window) of my "pet" fox. It's only a youngster but calls regularly for a snack. I have occasionally caught a glimpse of an adult (Mum or Dad), it's huge, but rarely calls, I only see it in passing.

This was taken from a bedroom window - somewhere I've got a video clip of this chap too.

They`ll kill anything. My friend's mum forgot to lock her ducks in the barn one night and a fox bit the heads of every one of them. They don't just kill chickens. They kill ducks, geese, cats, lambs and anything they can get. The town ones might be scavengers (although I have seen them go for cats) but they are not sweet little animals. Unless you don't care about chickens etc.
My old fox, I think the new one is a grandchild as she had two litters.

Don't know if this link will work, but it's enough to put me off meeting up with a fox.
