Birds Nesting ?

I've never seen any birds nesting here. Apparently in a big hole in the roof of the communal roof. Clarion say they can't fix the hole because of this. Looks like it won't be done. Anyone come across this ?

Yes.  The roof can be repaired when the chicks fledge

Chicks usually fledge in June so hopefully your roof will be repaired shortly after.

Duplex yes. They said they'd cone back in June to have a look. Maybe that's what they meant
