Am a little worried but not too bad - I have had to go out yesterday and today and even when I am in - he won't leave me out of his sight.  With the anaemia i am lying down and he comes and lies with me - is he ok.  he is eating and drinking -

He's probably just picked up on the fact that you're not feeling at your best and wanting to be there for you.

Also, if the weather in Belfast has been anything like it has been here in Suffolk, he's probably feeling very lethargic anyway.
