I've had to change my email address. I want to print out a sheet on which there are many of the new one in order that I can cut them out in a narrow strip to glue over the old one on some of my correspondence.

When I try to write it out in either Word or Libre Office it automatically turns blue and is underlined. How can I print just the email address as just lower case without this happening, please.

it doesn't do that for me in Libre...

In Word right click on the text and select remove hyperlink from the menu that should appear.

often emails are given as joebloggs(at)gmail.com for example

does the blue underlining appear when you actually print out the list?

In MS Word select all the text and change the text colour using the font colour selector to what you what and remove the underline using <CTRL> + <U>
