Poisonous Mammals

I was just curious as to how many; and what they are? I saw on the Discovery Channel about the duck bill platopus and how it has poison in its foot. I was just curious if any one else knew of any more? Thanks for the help!!!

according to a pub quiz i did a while ago, the duck-billed platypus is the only poisonous mammal.

The following is from a web-page which seemed to know what it was talking about...

"Only four mammals besides the platypus are poisonous (but not lethal to humans). They are all insectivores: two types of shrews (the Blarina and Neomys species) and two types of the rare shrew-like solendons."

Apparently the brachial gland secretion of the loris, a simian primate, includes two toxins.
