WHAT was it that squirted me in the eye on the beach!??

It looked like a tiny lobster (but it couldn't be, as they are apparently blue!) I bent down to have a closer look, and it stuck it's tail in the air and squirted me in the eye!

That's what I get for being nosey, I guess!

It was VERY small (so just a little squirt!)

sounds like it could have been hermit crab,but they usually are in side a shell and not sure if they squirt

I have 3 hermit crabs in my room, and I've never been squirted and I always hold em!

Haha :D I wish I was the little mermaid. I'm not saying it wasn't a hermit crab, It's just never happened to me...maybe he thought you looked like you needed a bit of water?
