It's possible he's had some form of stroke, or he may have some form of neurological problem. He may even have problems with his sight or balance.
It really might be best that he sees the vet again, particularly if this is affecting his quality of life. They might have a clinic in the morning - until then keep him quiet and as calm as possible (avoid disturbing him unnecessarily) and make sure the layout of his cage is exactly the same as he is used to.
hopefully the injection will kick in soon and make her a little better, you have got her in a cage and not a tank i take it as tanks make them worse, and try to keep her out the drafts and in a warmish not damp room as its like a permenant cold and try and get some vitamin drops or anything to build her imune system up abit but she will get as high up as she can coz shes having a job breathing.....good luck
