If I was you I'd take her to the vet. Or at the very least phone the vet and talk to him/her about it. They may be able to give you an idea of what the problem is without actually taking her in although I think it's likely that they'll ask you to bring her in.

she hasn't been spayed because of her recent eye op she was booked in to be done the day after but i cancelled because i didn't want to put her thru two ops in the same week and at the moment i can't get in touch with her vet yet as i work and its difficult to get time off.
she has really long fur so its difficult to tell whether or not there is a diffence to her nipples but they do look larger than they did a few weeks ago, she is going into cupboards and places like that were she wouldn't normally go though.
If she is having kittens how long do you think she has got left before she has them? so that i can prepare a bed and make it safe for the kittens.
