My dog's nipple is full of milk and is sore, what can i do to help her?

If she has just had pups then the old fashioned remedy is putting vinegar on .. I had a cat who had this problem and it worked.

Sounds like mastitis, go to your vet and he will prescribe antibiotics and maybe something to put on it.
