So i sorted the cage out and was ready to put her into it I went to pick her up but everytime i went to do it i got a bit nervous and couldnt do it to much ribbing from my mate! so eventually i asked him to do it he got up all macho and was about to pick her up she ran towards him and he totally chickened out. both of us then sat there and realised that its not exactly gonna go for your jugular as soon as you pick it up but we still couldnt do it in the end i got her into a smaller box and transfered it. silly really in all the time we had her she didnt bite once!!!
try in speakers, down the sofa, near where you keep the food, somwhere warm and dry, try the food in one place and stalk him/ her at night, good luck... also just an after thought our hamster (Mrs Doyle) listens intently when we make pretend chewing noises, and kiss noises, maybe that migt work with yours?
