pet insurance

does anyone know of any insurance companies who will insure for pre existing conditions? ive tried all the well known ones but with no joy..any ideas?? thanks in advance

Try Scottish Pet Insurance (covers UK) . Very friendly and sympathetic. Brokers are stuck with the terms and conditions of the actual insurers which tend to have a clause like 'a condition or disease existing or foreseeable at the commencement of this insurance'.

Worth asking though if a pre-existing can be noted on the policy and any further treatment related is excluded, so you have cover for anything else. http://www.scotpet.co.uk/

Meant to add extract from one site: 'Pets with a preexisting condition are often accepted for coverage with the exception of the noted condition'. so as above, ask about varying Ts & Cs.
