Do female rabbits spray? I have recently found a white substance all over the inside of my rabbit hutch. She is about 6 months old and not been spayed yet.

My male rabbit suffered from this from time time - it was to do with getting too much calcium in his diet and can damage the rabbit's kidneys if left untreated. it's a particular problem in rabbits fed on pellets I think.
Probably worth talking to your vet about it to be on the safe side.
What are you feeding her? Does she get timothy hay or alfalfa?
Like SueMaggie, I think it is most likely calcium in her urine. You have to be very careful since too much calcium can cause kidney stones. Have a look at these websites for more info about calcium and diet in bunnies:
