A sure sign of imminent birth is a waxy, yellowish-white discharge. She will start nosing around closets or other secluded sites to nest and she may become quite a bit more affectionate to you and family members. If you're really up to it, you can begin monitoring her rectal temperature. Normal is about 100 to 102F. A sudden and pronounced drop in this temp preceeds birth by only a few hours. Again, entirely uneccessary, in my opinion...
Do you know when she was covered honey? Its usually between 60 and 65 days.
Sugar was enormous when she popped, i was expecting 40 rather then 4!
Also, she really didn't have any changes in behaviour, only that the night before the day that she gave birth she was incredibly friendly, and rather vocal.

I agree wiccankitten - my cat was so huge I thought she was going to have puppies!! The eve she gave birth she was pacing up and down the lounge looking very restless, and kepy crying and crying. She was obviously looking for somewhere to give birth, even though I had got a big box ready for her in a quiet place - so what did she do,sneaked upstairs and gave birth in my wardrobe!!
