Standard Scnauzers

Hi All

I saw a man walking a standard scnauzer the other day and really fell in love with the breed have been thinking of getting another dog for a while now but ive looked on varius sites and checked kennel club and loot but cant seem to find any breeders anyone got any ideas? if theres a club in the uk Thanks in advance

Hi have you tried this website it lists breeders in the UK, think you may have to register but its worth a look!

Thanks for that but they only have the miniture ones on there ill just have to keeo lokking

I'm not being sarcastic but if you spell it 'schnauzer' you might have more luck ? :)

Theres actually no such breed as a 'standard' Schnauzer - there are Miniature and Giant but the middle size is just called a Schnauzer.

Northern Schnauzer Club - Mrs. D. Herring 01434 381945

They will probably have breeder/puppy lists and will be able to give you sound advice on the breed, and tell you where you can see some at a show where you can chat to breeders.

Sorry forgot to say try looking on www.champdogs.co.uk where you will find breeders listed. Look under Guided Search, click on Utility and then on Schnauzers. There are several listed.
