E.g Kent can pay a qualified nurse anything from 17,000 - 20,000, this is also not unheard of in central london, or around 18,000. Slough, Berkshire and Bucks can pay between 10,000 -13,000 and expect that to be acceptable. I personally don't, but i have worked in Kent and London so i expect the best i can get as a principle. Sometimes i truly believe qualified nurses , or any level Vet nurse for that matter are severely under-rated and mostly unrecognised. Let's hope this stigma surrounding us will change for the better very soon. :-)
