So Lets Shaft Our Farmers.....
News3 mins ago
Single mother and her son suicide who had alledged abuse by father to both, father had no input in the childs live, nor paid any contributions to his welfare. He took no responsibility for his upbringing but had seen him on the odd occasion prior to mother finding out about the sexual abuse. Who now has the right to the little boys body for a funeral. Please dont just assume the natural thing would be to have them rest together, but what are the legal rights, can the mothers family have them legally burried together or does the father have the rights to remove him from his mother. bearing in mind this removal would be done out of malics not for the love of the child. Please if you can advise and possibly provide info for reference or legal contacts in this sort of situation, many thanks

If they aren't married it will be the mother's parents to make the decisions.....
That's unless they are not married but he has parental responsibility of the child and then he will get a say in what happens. I hope you get the outcome you hope for, good luck honey x
