Boy Cat is a bully?

I've got two [house] cats, 1 male and 1 female. (Mike & McGinley) McGinley has been a bit introvert of late and I suspect Mike has been bullying her as when I got up this morning there were tufts of her hair everywhere. I've had them for nearly a decade now so can't understand the sudden chenge in behaviour. I recently went away for 3 nights and left them with previous flatmate - dunno if this has something to do with it? But they go to hers regularly so it shouldn't Please help!

Has the male cat been neutered?

Yeah he has. Any suggestions as to why he's peeed off? Would appreciate any advice......... x
