my budgie is unwell

for a week now my budgie has had very watery poops now she cant stand on her right foot she is sitting on my hand but its like she has no strength in that foot took her to the vet but she just gave her antibiotics told us to come back in 5 days but i know she is sore what could this be?

my budgie used to be very unwell too. I diagnosed her and she has a disease called vertigo. She has little seisure like trances and she loses control of her self and hits her head on everything. It is easily trated with some vitimins. We got the vita- sol liquid multi-vitamin. Put 3 drops a day in her water and food. Works like a charm!
